Being born and raised in beautiful Portland, Oregon means you get a pretty open life view. No, we arent all “liberal” or hippie”, but you'll notice we're the most eco-friendly town in the USA.

Not only eco-friendly, but we push freedom of expression, the little buisness, social responsibility of being politcally active, and ACCEPTANCE OVER TOLERANCE. Acceptance is loving someone for who they are. Tolerance, is barely being able to stand someone for who they are.

The world is just trying to learn the latter, but with a little help we can bridge gaps and make it the former.
 
I plan to join the air force reserve officer training corps in college, and major in international affairs and language. I already have a head start on five languages, and with a little help I hope to make it twenty by the end of my service. They'll be put to good use as I plan to be a foreign ambassador.

I am an atheist in the fact I don't believe in god, but that doesnt mean I don't believe in something, that is just the only term I can find for it. Before I am attacked for being atheist, no I am not evil, yes I am a humanist, and I am well versed in most major religious books so it isnt lack of proper instruction. I am a pragmatic- idealist, and because of this I am more than a little eccentric. I understand that things wont get better over night, but if we dont start trying now, it never will. So get off your bum and DO SOMETHING!
